Colombian singer Ras Mista Fyah has enjoyed a fruitful 2025, releasing an album and touring the United States. He is looking forward to greater things in 2026.
“We are coming with big surprises! We are preparing right now some collaborations with different artists, creating a new album, full of reggae and unique combinations. It’s gonna be ready before June of 2026,” he said.
‘Infinity’, Ras Mista Fyah’s fourth album, was released in August. He worked with stalwart musicians like Bernard “Touter” Harvey, keyboardist with Inner Circle, and Frank Burt, a bass guitarist who has played on songs by Buju Banton, Garnet Silk and Ky-Mani Marley.
It was one of 73 albums considered for the Best Reggae Album category at the 2026 Grammy Awards. Although not making the final cut, Ras Mista Fyah is pleased with the momentum ‘Infinity’ enjoyed.
“We just put out the seed and we are watching the plant grow. The gains are significant,” said the Miami-based artist.
Produced by Feda Roland of Argentina, ‘Infinity’ did well for the Bogota-born Ras Mista Fyah in roots-reggae circles. He also opened several shows for Mykal Rose in the United States.
